Palmer’s Transmission is top-notch. Honest, knowledgeable, and fair on pricing—everything you want in a transmission shop. They took the time to explain what was actually needed, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and got the job done right the first time. Turnaround time was great, communication was clear throughout the process, and the truck drives better than it has in a long time. It’s hard to find shops you can truly trust, but Palmer’s Transmission has earned my business and my recommendation. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

Had my Ford F150 transmission rebuilt 2 years ago for half of what a remanufactured one would have cost. Since then we've put on thousands of miles of towing up and down mountain passes out west with zero issues. Skip the dealership and go with these guys, solid work.

Every time I visited Palmer's Transmission Services, they went way beyond anything I expected. Courteous, Honest, Professional, and Fair. I visited several places before them and they mainly were concerned about their outrageous prices. Not Palmer's, each person showed genuine concern for me, my safety, what I needed at present, what services I could wait and do later. All of the others quoted me prices, before ever even checking my vehicle. I want to personally Thank Jim Womack, for his great customer service and expertise. I want to thank Mark Palmer for his staff and his kindness he showed me from Day One. You will not find a business more honest and with more integrity than Palmer's Transmission Services.
